EXPERIENCE
With over three decades of experience, Robyn Johnson is an accomplished litigator with extensive practice in both state and federal courts. She has represented businesses, property owners and individuals in a wide range of commercial litigation disputes, with a focus on real estate disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, construction disputes, and coverage matters. Additionally, Ms. Johnson counsels clients on employment law and real estate related matters including those involving landlord-tenant issues, homeowners associations and manufactured home communities.
Before joining Malkerson Gunn Martin LLP, Ms. Johnson was a civil litigation attorney at firms in Minneapolis and Los Angeles focusing on commercial disputes involving employment, real estate, premises liability, construction defect and intellectual property.
Ms. Johnson is experienced in complete case management from the initial evaluation of cases through arbitrations, trials and appeals. In addition, she has written and counseled clients on statutory and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1988 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1991.
